If any unauthorized modification occurs, the warranty will automatically become invalid. During the service ordering process, you must notify us of any unauthorized modification of your product, or any repair or replacement that is not performed by Lesoos. We are not responsible for product damage caused by any non-Lesoos unauthorized modification, repair or replacement during the repair process.

The warranty does not cover problems caused by any of the following reasons:

One of the following conditions does not meet the warranty conditions:
1 Test and dispose of vehicles for sale.
2 Products or accessories beyond the warranty period.
3 Damage caused by improper use, repair and maintenance by the user.
4 Damaged due to natural disasters, man-made disasters, irresistible forces or chemical attacks.
5 For accessories that do not need to be returned or exchanged, proof materials such as videos or pictures cannot be provided.
6 Damage caused by modification or addition or reduction of other accessories.
7 Vulnerable or consumable items (accessory coatings, inner tubes, threaded tubes, order parts, sprockets, chains, pedals) during normal use. It is not within the scope of personal injury, damage, normal wear and tear.

Any misuse of the product, such as using bicycles for commercial/rental purposes, playing dangerous behaviors, etc., riding bicycles on abnormal road conditions
Any unauthorized modification of the product, such as the disassembly of the bicycle without the guidance of Lesoos, the incorrect installation, repair or maintenance by anyone other than Lesoos.
The product has had any accidents, such as traffic accidents
The product has been in an extreme environment (including extreme temperature or humidity), extreme physical or electrical stress or interference, power fluctuations or surges, lightning, static electricity, fire, behavior due to God or other external reasons
Damage to the anti-rust layer caused by misoperation (damage of the anti-rust layer will cause corrosion and fracture of parts).

If you find any problems with your bicycle under the warranty, please contact us at sale@lesoosebike.com and provide the following information:
1. Purchase platform, such as Amazon, brand store, etc. (If you buy on Amazon, please also include the seller's name on your order)
2. Order number/ID
3. The email and shipping address you used when placing the order
4. Picture/short video of the problem and a brief description of the problem)

Parts and labor.
Lesoos may provide parts and labor, but may instruct you to replace certain parts that are easy to install, as described below. In most cases, we do not require you to return defective parts to us. If applicable law requires Lesoos to return the replaced item to you, you agree to pay Lesoos the retail cost of the replacement item and shipping.

 

Do it yourself (DIY) parts service.

 


The DIY parts service allows you to repair your own products. If Lesoos determines that you can use the DIY parts service, Lesoos will ship replacement parts for your product. Replacement parts will be accompanied by installation instructions and any requirements for returning replacement parts. Lesoos reserves the right to decide whether to cover labor costs associated with DIY parts services.

For any repairs outside the scope of the warranty.

We do not accept the return of bicycles unless there are any unsolvable quality issues. We do not accept the return of bicycles for personal reasons.
